House Rules
Please close and lock all windows and doors upon exiting. Please leave all dirty linens on bathroom floor for cleaner. Please do not wash the white linens without bleach. Parking pass must be used to park in the garage. It will be provided. The trash compactor is on the lowest floor of the parking garage. Please clean and pick up after yourself. No personal items are allowed in hallways. Guest will be charged $600 fee if smoking or vaping in or on the property. Guest will also be charged $600 fee if pet is on property. Quiet hours are 11pm-7am Maximum guests: 2 Guests must be 25 or older. Late Checkouts will be $100 under an hour and $100 for every additional hour following.
